It deserves its 4 stars. All in all, it was ideal base for travelling to Agrigento. We booked classic quadruple room and appreciated it.

Unreadable map to village and Greek ruins

The huge pool is amazing. The hotel is in a quiet location and only a short drive to the Valley of the Temples and the beach. I especially loved the shower in the bathroom.
-
Convenient drive to Valley of the Temples. The pool was very large and well kept up. The room was clean and roomy for three people. Take a ride to the north 30 miles to the beach at Eraclea Minoa.

A very comfortable and beautiful hotel. The main reception and the rooms are modern and well decorated. It has a huge swim pool. You'll need a car to get there, to go to the temples, and to find a restaurant. It's not far from the attractions, but a gps is recommended.
We asked for a restaurant recommendation at the reception, and we were sent into a tourist trap (an extremely overpriced restaurant). Certainly the hotel employee would receive a commission. We were able to "escape" and went to another restaurant.
-
Very close to the Agrigento temples.Excellent value for money. Hotel has been redesigned , rooms are clean (bathroom is small though.Breakfast is fine.I recommend to anyone who want to visit Agrigento temples and city.
-
Horrible place, near the smelly city of Porto Empedocle. Agrigento is not much better, lots of traffic and people. Hotel staff was exquisitely unfriendly, restaurant waiters would mostly ignore us.
-
Not really 4 stars.Clean, but humidity on the ceiling and holes on the sheets. For 3 stars is ok and since the price was good, I would probaly go again.
-
The staff in the restaurant were very displeasant and not polite because we arrived 5 minutes before the kitchen close (although in the reception said us we could go to the rest!); the hotel needs to be painted .... and the schedule for the swimming pool is terrible!! We choosed this hotel for the swimming pool because we travelled with kids but we were able to enjoy it just one day! This is not a very warm hotel, it's more a romantic hotel than a family one!
Staff and swimming pool's schedule ... not easy to match if you want to visit the zone

The swimming pool was great and the view to the sea. Booked the room for four but got two rooms instead.
you need a car to reach the nearest beach. The food in the restaurant was not that good but ok.
-
The pool is wonderful. Good location for visiting Valley of the Temples and Agrigento

Best swimming pool I have ever experienced
Very hard to find by car. The road sign could be bigger and more inviting.
-
Great hotel! Beautiful with great staff and dining.
I would recommend getting the coordinates downloaded to your gps as it's a little difficult to find.

Breakfast was varied and good along with wait staff.
I have traveled extensively and found this the most difficult to find and once found to find again. Hotel listed in-room coffee/tea service - NONE. Pool was dirty and posted with a worn sign to not use. Most of the clientele are bus tours (3 bus loads while we were there). Rooms were large enough but no chairs. Many rooms have only view of another high rise of hotel. A desk staff member smoked in lobby when another staff member was there. The remote box was down the hall and 29 feet from box so it was necessary to stand and walk over to aim the remote. One other reviewer called the rooms "plastiky" I would add "Leggo like." The lobby bar and mini-bar prices were higher than in most similar lodgings we encountered.

We selected the hotel for the pool, this was closed without any annoucenment. The bathroom was filthy and the plumbing in a bad shape. Jacuzzi did not work. Hotel is far away from town and hard to find. In a straight line close to the temples but not by car.
